Be the first in Australia to use the myCompass program - a newly-developed internet and mobile phone self-help program. myCompass will help you learn new skills to understand and better manage your low mood, anxiety and stress.
The University of New South Wales and the Black Dog Institute are conducting the myCompass research project. The aim of this project is to investigate the effectiveness of an internet and mobile phone self-help program for people with mild to moderate depression, anxiety and stress.
As part of this 19 week research project, you will be asked to use a version of the myCompass program for 7 weeks. This will give you access to useful information and activities that will help you learn new skills to feel better and stay better.
There are three versions of myCompass we are evaluating. As this is a research project, you will not be able to choose which version you get first. But you will be given access to all versions of the program at the end of the study.
You will also receive feedback about your stress, worry or low mood at the end of the 19 week research study.
As a participant in the research project, you will be asked to complete questionnaires about how you are feeling:

The myCompass Research project is not suitable for people who are severely stressed, depressed or anxious, have suicidal thoughts or other severe psychological disorders.
